Re: To Chazz,
I am also very interested in the Mag chloride. Although, I have had such gains with
Liver Flushing I would probably continue LFing even if I no longer had stones.
When I lightly skimmed the long MAG CHL article, I got the impression that we are lacking magnesium and that is what causes stones.
I could be wrong. I plan on reading the article again and again. Perhaps, the Magnesium gets stored and we will not need to take it regularly, like B12? And like you say.
I personally catagorize "suppliments" as more of a food or part of my daily diet for the long term verses short term fix or crises cured with herbs/drugs. Vitamins often fall into both catagories.
I do not think supplimentals, aging/death preventatives, drugs, herbs, vitamins, food should be catagorized for all since not everyone is uses them in the same manner.
I doubt the Codex people will see it that way. lol
