i know that sebum is the liquid that makes our lips WATERPROOF and our lips have obviously no sebum because they arnt waterproof. All of our lips turn white when water touches with them. the elbow skin is dead and it does not turn white when water touches it because there is still a protective barrier created by the sebum.
So im quite sure that sebum is low or blocked.
