Emotional Therapies, i.e. Emotional Freedom Technique/EFT

Has anyone had any experience with the Emotional Freedom Technique? ( http://www.mercola.com/forms/eftcourse.htm )

Just wanted to know if anyone had tried it, you hear lots about these new types of things, but rarely meet anyone with good results from them.

If not this, has anyone tried anything simliar?

Also, sorry if this isnt exactly the right place to post this, but it seemed the best option ;)
