Re: Day 5, trying for 30 this time around, any long MCers

I start every season on the MC, I will go 15 days on the Master-Cleanse and 10 days on OJ ans Spicy V8 juice.
I started MCing a few years ago and will continue 4 life, I had a medical problem that went away my first fast, unbelievable.
I am off all med's actually I needed a Tylenol or Advil the other evening and did not have any in the house, go figure.
So I will be Master-Cleanse until the 4 of July and then 10 days on the OJ and V8..............
Also Master-Cleanse is not 4 weight loss, there r plenty of weight loss forums, this is as pepe states over and over again...........Listen 2 him people he knows.....:.O
