Hi, I found this online because I have Gallstones and will need surgery. I'm hoping to avoid that by cleansing. What does it mean when it says "Add 2 drops HCl to sterilize." and "4 ornithine capsules with the first sips to make sure you will sleep through the night. Take 8 if you already suffer from insomnia."
