first lets define a word. the word is predestine this is taken from the 1828 websters the definition is "To decree beforehand; to foreordain." If God has Chosen you before the foundation of the world and if your name is written in the lambs book of life then it is done. Show me where the bible says it removes the names of people out of the book of life. There are no passages that say this.

And verse 15 and 16 says

For he says to Moses, “I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion.”16So then it depends not on human will or exertion,[2] but on God, who has mercy.
