Adrenal Fatigue, Heavy metals, leaky gut and PREGNANT!

Hi,
I was wandering if anyone has been in this similar situation.
my history,
i have been ill for 4 years with chronic fatigue like symptms, and no doctor could help me. i since tried alternative methods and although they helped nothing cured my symptoms completely.
this year i found out that i might be hypothyroid, (my TSH was consistently over 5 - in uk this is the top end of the norm) and no doctor was willing to prescribe me any medication. so i went to a doctor that treats hypothyroidims with people like me, and although he put me on ARMOUR THYROID (dessicated pig extract) after i increased the dose i crashed. i felt worse than before. then i found out that sometimes if hypothyridism has been left untreated for so long, can cause adrenal problems and now it turns out that i have both, adrenal fatigue and hypothyridism. so i started to look into doctors who can help me with this in england, and two weeks ago i found out that i was pregnant!
i wasnt happy about this because i think if my body is unwell how can i produce a healthy baby? so i found a doctor who could help me, and he looked at my live blood. he said my red blood cells were looking out of shape, probably not enough energy in the cells due to adrenal and thyroid deficiency, and he also found a lot of metals and toxins. this REALLY worried me as i am aware that heavy metals can have a bad effect on the fetus. I think the metal is comin from my braces as im currently wearing dental braces.
so all in all my health is really bad at the mo, have nausea from hell, have no energy at all, im in bed all day feeling ill and sorry for myself, and really depressed of the prospect of having an abnormal child.

can you ladies who might have had similar experiences help me with this as im soo confused and lost, dont know what to do, im even considering abrotion if the baby turns out not to be ok.
