Re: ph balance and cancer
Hi, I remember when I first got started on the macrobiotic diet, I thought I was dying, but I would not go to a doctor as they never helped me and I felt it was a waste of my time. But the macrobiotic diet did wonders for me. I hope you especially eat the miso soup with wakame at least once if not twice a day. It sure turned my health around to where I started working full time after being on it for some months.
I do feel that conventional doctors are a total waste of time and money (unless you brake your leg or appendix bursts or something like that) and the body can heal itself given the right ingredients.
Also one thing I noticed that was contributing to my health problems was too much worry and fears about everything. I had to get control of my fears and lighten up because our brain is like the perfect computer and if we muddle it up with worry and fear the synapses may send the wrong signals to where our body doesn't function properly. Its been on the news how they are finding that anger, fear and worry causes toxins around our organs. So once I got a handle on my fear my health started to improve even better along with the macrobiotic diet.
If you want to try the liver cleanse as suggested without the apple juice, then go ahead. See how you feel. Your body will let you know if you should continue with it or not. I haven't done the liver cleanse yet, but if I had problems with the liver as you said you do, its probably a good idea.
Macrobiotics is awesome and really helps but as the other post brought out at this point in time you may want to experiment a little more to see if the liver cleanse works well for you. I hope you are not so strict and rigid with the macrobiotics that it stresses you out because the diet makes the brain work better and the brain heals the body (according to the macrobiotic book I read) and I found it's better to be calm and reasonable with the diet and even strict at first but once you feel a little better you may find as I did that I needed a little more protein like wild alaskan salmon now and then and organic chicken maybe once a month. I also do have fruit during the summer that's not been cooked. Trust me,if someone told me that when I was first starting out, I would of said to myself no, I'll always be strict. But at the point as you get better your body will let you know. You will learn that you can add things to your diet once you get better.
My husband and I are mostly macrobiotic, but we have found oil pulling and
Iodine on these forums to be very beneficial additions to our health protocol. We also tried humaworm once with very good results. But I hope you don't get overwhelmed. It's good to do one thing at a time or in this case 2 things for you at this point IMHO, that is the macrobiotic diet and the
Liver Cleansing and see how that go's for a while. I think it's good to give the body time to adjust to the new program and when it knows you're gonna stick with it for a while it gets better at cooperating with you. If you've done alot of reading on macrobiotics you know that it takes about four months for the blood quality to change and then at 9 months things start getting alot better. I hope you are patient with yourself and if you have any questions feel free to ask. All this is IMHO.
Good health to you.
