Perhaps that will help?

Learn about the baths and start slow with the calcium hydroxide... like a teaspoonful per bath to start... then work up to a tablespoon... of course it also depends upon the size of your bath as well...

I would also use the Epsom Salt in addition, as the Epsom Salt also assists in detox.
