By the end of 30 days taking HW, those herbs should have totally saturated your body, infiltrating every nook and cranny. Takes a couple of weeks for them to all go…I was still passing parasites in my BM’s after 1 month after both my previous cleanses.

The HW formula is packed full of herbs specifically to help your body flush out the dead bodies, which is why (I guess) so many people have such good results with the HW herbs.

I think castor oil packs will defo be fine, they give me a good liver cleanse, so they will be ok.

Drinking castor oil, with a bit of hot water, is a bowel cleanse…..very effective too...i did one this week!.....not sure if that is advisable or not when on HW……………………..RG?........... Anyone?
