Colon Cleanse

There is an ongoing controversy about Bentonite clay having aluminum, which is a HEAVY metal, so I read.

Is this true or what's the final word? It sure is less expensive than some of the cleanses I've priced using it along with psyllium husks, however, I'll pay the extra buxks :) if it has something toxic. SO THERE!
