She needs to drink more water. Not sodas, or any other drink, but water.
There is a mild laxative called "Colon Clenz" that you might be able to find at the health food store.
Colonics. Google colonics, or hydrotherapy where you live. Ask about her age, and if they can help. (closed system) preferably.
