I don't. I never have a problem with it. It has worked great for me with no issues whatsoever,except my mouth burns sometimes cause it is very spicy if you buy it fresh. I just brush my teeth , tongue and gargle well. Maybe work up to it gradually because I seem to think I did smell when i first started it but the body adjusts. I had a friend who would never eat garlic at all because she swore it seeped out of her pores for days afterwards. I guess if you cannot digest it, that might be a problem. Tweet
