I sometimes take a capsule form of Ginseng. Ive tried a triple (korean, siberian and american) and i've tried pure siberian.
For well being I noticed the siberian, taken with some complex carbs (oats in milk) seemed to increase my mood the most.
The herbal teas with ginseng in dont seem to be as effective as the capsules versions IME.
Basically, I just want to use ginseng for its improvement in well being. Can anyone advise the best type, and application of ginseng for this purpose, please?
