Any Ideas for self help on loss of tooth filling?

I have lost a small filling on the side of a tooth..I need to find something that will fill it temporarily, as I cannot travel to a dentist due to being agoraphobic.

I know there are emergency travel kits to tooth problems..even do it yourself temporary fillings!

I have clove oil which is strongly antiseptic..and I clean my teeth gently after each meal with A ANTIOXIDANT TOOTH POWDER WHICH IS ALKALISING and also tooth soap..

I know that if I do manage to find a substance to temporarily fill it, the hole must be clean and dry and have clove oil put in first..

any other ideas?
