I'm still not sure what to BUY! Hubby's in no position to help me right now, and I'm just not sure which way to go on this.

The "Bedge"

I'd hate to have to spend this much, though - $200 when concrete blocks would be SOOOO much cheaper. It's just that I'm worried about:

#1: the way the bed is designed - sliding off
#2: the bottom legs of bed breaking while hubby is on it asleep (That wouldn't be good)

Just thought of something...those rubber bottomed carpets, (like the small ones for bed and bath) ya put it carpet-side down (we have wooden floors) so that the concrete block actually sits on the rubber part of carpet. I'm still concerned about putting an angle on the bottom legs of the bed, and of course, the mattress sliding down.

Did you try it yet?
Did your mattress "slide" down the metal frame of the bed?
