I have tried this with a practitioner for 9 months..people tout it as a quick fix, and say how wonderful it is, but it has not got me being able to go out and not have panics..

but what I will say is this..many people are changing the format and reducing the tapping points..and just not doing it properly, and even the founder gary craig has reduced some of the points..if its not broken don't fix it!!

EFT does have a good reputation so you have to give things a try, just because sadly it does not seem to have worked very well on me, it may well work for others..

you have to make up your own minds..

There has been a guy touting for business on this particular forum..he also says that he can help people in just a few sessions..its very tempting w hen you suffer..

but I find a practitioner who is patient and not rushing you through each tapping session is more desirable.
