Hi moreless, so glad you are back. Hope everything worked out for the best regarding your family. I am doing very well on your protocol, but i think i need some advice. Over the last few weeks i have been getting twinges/twitches/slight muscle impulses in my calf muscle area. These symptoms are more consistent and noticable at night or in the morning when i am laying in bed.What do you think is causing this???????????? Is this a symptom of too much or not enough of certain ingredients???? I live in so.california where the weather has started warming up a little??? Right now i am taking your drink three times a day with the following ratios 1 cup of water - 1T acv - 1Tbsm - 3Tlimewater - 1pinchES - and about 1-2T of frontier kelp. Please advise. Also in response to your post to have people here help and advise eachother,i would like everyone to know that my 79 yr. old mom who has plenty of heath issues and normally will not try anything i tell her about,recently developed 2 extremely itchy areas on her body that were driving her nuts.I told her about the acv baths and she actually has taken a bath every other day for about a week. Today she told me that that itchiness had almost gone away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This makes me very happy.The proof is in the pdding!!!!!!!!!! thanks so much aakAdvertisement

Isn't it fun to be able to share something with someone else and they do something about it to help themself to Heal ? Like you helping your mother learn about something to help her Solve her itchiness problems, with bath soaks !

Answer: At nite when we go to bed, we slow down our breathing and this allows our body to become more Acidic !
As we get older this problem may progress, expecially when we may have abused our body in the past, by not eating or living as we should have !
It is called Old age !
But , there is Hope for those willing to learn what is Causing us to become too Acidic and learn to "STOP" doing "ALL" of those things and learn to start supplying what our bodys may need to help correct these problems !
We may not Solve all of these problems overnite by a few changes, as it may have taken a Life time to Cause these problems to come to the point that they are now showing up very noticeable to us !
There is also another thought to be considered in some conditions when one may have been injured and they lost the ability to have muscle control, and as one starts to supply the body what it needs to repair it's self, then sometimes the nerves start to rebuild and one may at first have uncontrollable twitches and muscle twitches as one is in the process of Recovery !
And this was the case of my son who was seroiusly injured years ago and was in a "Coma for 5 months", and when he came out of the coma, it took many months to get his body to rebuild the damages nerves, so that he could again control his muscles !
He is now able to walk again and take care of his basic needs by himself, and the doctors said he would be a Vegetable the Rest of his Life !
Just goes to so, that most Doctors do not know what they are talking about when it come to the Health field and recovery !

I had a funny thing with a finger yesterday -- started moving back & forth. I figured it had something to do with the drink and that it was good. Hasn't happened again. Maybe I had a little neuropathy thing straightening out, or something.

This is a reply to # 881,643I hope it is not out of turn for me to suggest an increase in the amount of magnesium (epsom salt pinches) to help with the leg issues. It helped me when I got little twinges in the legs at night.
