Well the thing is... Internet Explorer *DOESNT* work fine everywhere else... but neither does Firefox.

It may work fine for most places you visit, but the world of browsers is a big huge mess... they all seem to interpret features and scripting slightly differently, and so there's tons of inconsistency. What works perfect on one browser may be buggy and awkward, or not even functional at all, on another browser. One reason Internet Explorer may work fine for more places is that it's more popular and thus site developers, especially commercial sites, will write their site using IE as a test platform, making sure the site works perfectly in IE... which then means there's no guarantee that it'll work fine on other browsers, since they all interpret things differently or expect different formats.

Even if the site isn't written with a specific browser in mind, it may have a functional bias towards one simply due to the fact that that's what the author used for testing.

How much all of this is relevant to Curezone I don't know, but it's definately something to look into. I use Firefox and have never had problems on Curezone, but I still have to use Internet Explorer on some other sites.

Another thing to consider: I think (but I might be wrong) that this whole forum system is written from scratch by Spirit. It's not a commercially or community-developed system that's gone through rigorous testing and stuff. Any large project like this that's being developed and maintained by a single person... or even a very small number of people... is bound to have lots of bugs and glitches. It's almost inevitable even with the most competent programmers.

I don't know what's causing your looping problem, but to me it definately sounds like a forum (I mean, the underlying forum system) or browser problem... or maybe even connection. Or it may be based on some browser feature that you happen to have disabled. I have no clue what all features are expected to be enabled for Curezone to work flawlessly, other than cookies if you want to stay logged in... that's something Spirit would have to answer.

Anyway, I hope you get it figured out, I'm sure it's annoying!

since I was experiencing this myself.

Esp when if truth be known I am not on that often ,
and was even off for several months,
during the times of some of your problems,
helping my daughter prepare
for her move over the summer...
and have been very busy lately preparing
to sell my house and move from this state.

Remember there are quite a few moderators,
tho many don't bother to talk much online.
I just happen to be one of the few
as is Lapis, that post using our known names.

The internet explorer thing was about the relogs,
NOT the server interference loops,
(sometimes even blocks)
that occur with lots of no message posts.
many folks have been server auto blocked
by doing this.
Then think it was a moderator 8(

As far as teh yoga messages that were hidden back then,
due to misunderstanding btw..
they were unhidden as soon as the full nature
of what was going on was realised,
and in fact a few of another posters messages
were hidden back then.
while yours were unhidden.

Since then NO posts have been hidden.
