If you have had allergies in the past, in order to cope with the irritants your body had to "bury" such toxic material in the connective tissues of the organs and sytems and in gallstones congesting the bile ducts of the liver. As your body is "cleaning house," dust is stirred up and may blur your vison in a sense. Since some of these old irritants recur in the blood stream and lymph fluids, your body's immune system is once again challenged to deal with them. However, this time, the situation may be different, since it occurs from the inside out. It is part of the release. What goes in must come out again. Yet releasing it happens faster than accumulating it, hence the wave pattern you described.

Also make sure to keep the colon clean. Doing master cleanses is no guarantee that the colon will remain clean. Poor digestion (as a result of liver congestion and poor diet) can clog up the colon in a very short time. Allergens are easily formed from bacteria feeding on waste that has not beeen removed (yeast). A good colonic can take of that and greatly support the healing process.
