Through trials of different things, i have found a combination that has finally gotten rid of the Psoriasis i have had for 15 years.

This is the first time it has ever gone away.

The list of what i have is as follows:

No special diet, eating as normal
1 turmeric pill a day
1 oregon grape root pill a day
1 vitamin d pill a day
1 tablespoon of metamucil mixed with a half teaspoon of Bentonite a day
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (swishing) a day
3 milk thistle pills a day
2 times a day, a application of purell hand sanitizer,covered with walgreens vitamin a&d ointment.


My Psoriasis completely cleared in 4 days.

I will wait a week, and then start eliminating one at a time to see what is actually doing it for me.
