I like to add ground flaxseed and ground hempseed sprinkled on my food.
adds to fiber, proteins. essential fatty acids etc.
be sure to soak nuts that you intend to eat/ for about 12 hours.
Lapis can explain this too you far better than i can.
check out raw recipes/ see Lapis blog *In The Raw*

I would suggest that you read many of the messages in his blog.
to help you start out on a good foot.
also there are several messages with recipes in my qi-chi pig blog.
esp there is one grinding my own flaxseed which has a direct link to the golden flaxseed I use, and the mini grinder as well .
I got my organic hempseed form a canadian source.. use the same grinder fo rmy hempseeds. tht mini *coffee grinder*AKA flaxseed grinder *smile* cost 12 $
and the flaxseed is very reasonable cost.. for 3 lbs that will last you an incredible long time considering that you only need about 4 tablespoon to grind to fill up a 4oz shakerful .
I know that does not answer your bread question.
but perhaps the recipes will .
Best to you always
