Hi Everyone,
I did a 12 day cleanse the first 12 days of December and felt soooo wonderful. Unfortunately I have hit the Sugar pretty hard in the last month and feel rotten! I gaing weight so fast on Sugar and everything gets effected...teeth, skin, elimination, etc.
I am back on the mc today and am using visualization and positive self-talk to help get in the right frame of mind. I am pretty excited to get clear again and appreciate any support or help I can get.

This is a reply to # 251,073I'm on day 2 of my first MC. Feeling a little headachy and crampy this morning, but otherwise I'm feeling awesome. I didn't need to sleep on the train on the way into work for the first time in a long time! Good to hear you're back on the cleanse... it takes a lot of courage to start (I know!) so keep it up!

MoreThis is a reply to # 251,073Day 1 for me, too. Off to a great start (even got son to run juicer for me.) Mental attitude is almost where it should be. Very psyched, committed, but still a bit scatter-brained. Opened fridge out of habit, and very glad I remembered "no solids past these lips."

This is a reply to # 251,077Well... so far so good. Though I am developing a headache as I type. Question for anyone though - should I be worried if I haven't had an elimination yet? I got up one hour early this AM, took the SWF, then went back to bed... but still nothing and it's been about 5 hours since I took it. I've been sipping lemonade this morning - haven't felt hungry yet. Just worried about the elimination issue.
Here we go... can't wait to hear from you all.

MoreThis is a reply to # 251,082good point... I feel exactly the same as you do this morning. Slight headache.. some cramping in my abdomen, some bad breath and my tongue is white. I did the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and laxative tea last night and this morning but nothing yet. I wonder if this means it will all release at once?

This is a reply to # 251,084If there is anything you can do to "get things moving", you'll feel so much better. Your body is releasing toxins, and if you don't get them out, they just reabsorb. Of course, everyone is different; I tend to be regular, and 1 cup of tea each night produces about 4 BM's each day. If you're a little on the backed-up side, it may take a bit more to get you moving. But the senna teas will cause cramping. Keep pushing the fluids.
I'm not having any headaches yet, but I know they'll hit soon. I just got home from work, and only had 2 juices with me today, so I'm going to juice some more lemons now and enjoy a few lemonades....
Keep up the good work. Let's keep posting and keep each other motivated...
