Heya,
It was my first day of my first mc and it wasn't easy.i ended up having a few set backs after work when i had a few puffs of a cigarette and then a bit of vegtable soup juice to fill the void in my belly.i'm a bit concerned about how this cleanse will affect me while i have my period.It has been over 6 months since i've had a monthly cycle because my body is a bit topsy turvy and today i think i spotted some bleeding.I'm more concerned about feeling weak and suffering extra pain during the cleanse while i have my period.Or is this the perfect time to get rid of toxins from my body?

i cleansed on mine and i felt better than i did when eating food.

MoreThis is a reply to # 247,324I totally agree. I have my best cleanses when I start when my period starts. That's what I did today. Your menstrual period is a bonus because your body has an extra "exit" for the waste!

This is a reply to # 247,322I've done a lot of fasting through a lot of periods. It's an excellent time to help your body detox, as it is naturally in a cleansing mode at that time.
Hang with it! It will definitely help you regain your balance.
Another excellent idea for you would be a liver flush. Go to the great Liver Flush Forum here at curezone and read up--the liver is responsible for hormone production and cleansing it can really help get things back on track! It may take several flushes (it took me about five before I passed a whole BUNCH of stones), but the results are WELL worth the patience! You can do a Liver Flush about every two weeks. Again, go to the forum and read up, ask questions...
