can i make it all at once. i have a couple nalgene bottles that i can fill , can i make the appropriate measurements and have it all ready rather than squeeze 2 tb out of a lemon ever time.
i would guess for a 32 oz nalgene the measuements would be
6 TB lemon juice
6TB maple syrup
3/10 cayenne
30 oz water.
would this work? and i can disperse it in to 10 oz portions for drinking through the day

This is a reply to # 233,454Your formula is a little off It's 8oz H2O per drink so that would be 24 oz of water.
I do the Nalgene bottles with sports spouts myself and carry them in a soft cooler with the reusable ice packs. I do 3 bottles a day (9 drinks) and you need to do at least 2 bottles to meet the minimum 6 drinks per day.
