I beg anyone on here a real effective cure for bad breath.
I'm so fed up and disappointed with having bad breath. I' have become antisocial and isolated at my job and life.
Can't stand people offering me gum, covering noses when i talk, or moving away from seats when sitting next to me.
I've tried many things and spent so much money and I still have the bad breath. I feel hopeless. I tried supplements, thera breath, salt water gargling and rinsing, coconut oil pulling, oral probiotics, peroxide rinsing,food combining, apple cider vinegar upon rising and throughly day, and so much more and yet it's frustrating to still have bad breath. As if nothing works on me.
If anyone knows of a real effective cure that actually works. Please I beg for your help and let me know please.
Right now I'm trying dr Brenda Watsons tips on probiotics and enzymes and I begun using her products but I still have bad breath. I'm also taking Hcl Betsine after meals. Bc I might have silent acid reflux due to low acid in stomach. Yet I drink apple cider vinegR for this issue. And even this cider hasn't been able to take away bad breath. If following Dr Watsons tips don't work. Then I'm really screwed and condemned with bad breath forever. Nothing works. What is it. ? A curse. ? I prayed for a miracle. But no success. :(

Appreciate the challenge but your lack of symptoms confounds me. Are you not a whole , complete person with many many parts? Think of how small that one symptom ' malodorous breath' is really compared to wholistic you. i know of what thing will work for you but you are not ready. look for the causes and symptoms and you will find the remedy there forthright. I get a terrible bad breath when my
house or bed sheets need cleaned.
When I vacuum and clean my sheets on HOT the bad breath goes away as if by magic.
It takes one night to see the difference.
Sometimes I brush with bar soap and finish off with bicarb/naking soda making sure I brush my tongue.

This is a reply to # 2,314,095I used to have bad breath, especially when i flossed, I could smell it pretty badly. sometimes it was a fecal smell.
What worked for me was flossing twice a day and the key factor was swishing water diluted in clove oil. salt or oil pulling didnt do it. it was the clove oil.
it completely went away after that. that's a pretty cheap experiment but not sure if that's your cause.
bad breath could also be due to dental infection or congested liver - have you tried Liver Flushing before?

also stop dried legumes like split peas, etc.
eat lots of raw green foods for the chlorophyll - celery, cilantro, lettuce, etc.
betaine HCL + enzymes with every meal should help.
someone else on here mentioned that after they did Liver Flush and got rid of many stones, their foul body smell went away. could be related.
if you starve the bacteria in the mouth by not letting them have sugars or starches (like goopy oatmeal, sodas or fruit juice, white potato crumbs, bread, flour - anything that can be dissolved and get down in the gums) you will eliminate that route but then its possible its coming from your stomach, which where the HCL and enzymes should help.

This is a reply to # 2,314,095You'll need to change your diet. The poster above me had the right advice. Green veggies and increasing stomach acid is key. If the odor is that fowl there is a high chance you have food rotting in your system, which is caused by low stomach acid. Be careful and only supplement when you eat though.
Anyways, try out a diet consisting only of lean meat, seafood, and green veggies. Drink tons of water. The smell should go away. If it doesn't, see a doctor, your organs might be in trouble. If the doctor doesn't help, see a chinese traditional medicine practitioner; either that or a naturopath. They do well with Body Odor issues as it's usually all connected to the digestive system. If your diet is high in sugars and starches, you have your answer as to why your breath smells. This is something you'll have to stick to all your life, there will never be a miracle herb or pill, you must change your diet and be gentle on your digestive system for the rest of your life.
