Where's that chick who said it was in my jaw? A matter of a simple addition, miss....for morgies, a root canal and crown is ESSENTIAL over an extraction. I do not care what your(anyone's) teeth look like: the infections are = infestations in one's mouth, and must be addressed, however not by extraction. Ever if it can be helped. A hole left is a direct avenue for infection at the deepest level (bone). I fought my tooth infection for three months (from before Christmas, as records will show) before succumbing to extraction surgery---I believed it to be the only reasonable option. I was heartily wrong. Do not extract teeth. Go to mexico, get crowns, whatever. eat more kale.

BUT, that dental infection MIGHT just be an access point for the illness (a pathogen portal....identity irrelevant...it could be a virus...my dr described it as a possible herpes simplex, adventitious infection, or a bacteria, etc. [more drugs were prescribed])
But more importantly, for a body, once infected, a tooth issue might only be a symptom, and the whole body can be thusly infected, so tooth is not the SOLE cause, merely a vulnerable access point Yes, the portal must be sealed, preferably NOT by doing invasive extraction surgery which only exposes your other bodily systems (e.g. bone, via breakage, circulatory (think blood, hemorrhage), digestive (think esophagus, stomach, small intestine, etc, while the crap flows down your throat), and respiratory (think lungs as you cough, inhale). The worst thing to do is create a new, big vulnerable portal. Keeping this pathogen on the outside, with zero internal access is the best possible way to prevent it from becoming systemic. make sense?

Root canals-we clearly, respectfully disagree. I would never get one-make no sense to keep dead piece of body in body. For crowns or anything dental material I hope your dentist check to see of you are allergic to material.
There is a simple blood test-I think it cost 100.00.
Using material that you are allergic to not healthy or smart

Alternately, you might have had merely a cutaneous level of infection; there's zero question (in my mind, at this point) that this (the morgellons) is a multifaceted infection that invades and establishes itself at every level--bone, organs, cells, blood, skin, etc.
So your tooth made you sick, but not systemically....as you mentioned prev, you took steps to eliminate infection at many levels before handling the tooth, as I did too.
You can't ignore the fact that you have the rest of your body to lug around....if you didn't have such the awesome dentist, you might have spread the infection systemically. Sticking to your tooth agenda does not help people deal with the consequences of trying your approach. It's essential to look at the entire picture.Advertisement

Yes this morgellons is bacteria-fungal-viral and maybe protozoa involved-try to guess where an infection like that would normally occur in the human body?

So was it infected?
Tooth infections-jaw infections are much harder for a body to deal with. There just isn't a great amount of blood flow. They can fester for years-lower your immune system and spread bacteria and junk through your body. On top of that you can have an infection without having jaw pain. So they are also hard to detect
Sometime the extraction will not heal right and you will get a cavitation. If your dentist cleans it out right and uses prp this should rarely happen. FYI-I had several cavitations that needed to be cleaned out again. Once I got the jaw clean my body started to heal quickly-both morgellons and ibs. itching gone and weight went from 149 back to 212-no drugs! I could care less about weight but it shows my digestion getting better
I still get my jaw checked every two months-Im not going back to being sick. I just got checked by my doc yesterday-you need to work with a doc that checks jaw. The jaw is like a no fly zone for most docs-nomatter what all the research says! Most cancer patients and autoimmune will also have jaw issues.
FYI-I always suggest a pano xray-Cavitat ultrasound and EAV. All three methods will miss some infection some of the time.
I don't know if the jaw infection lowers the immune system over time and allows morgellons to get on or if its the sources (focal) of where and how we get morgellons. Either way I know it the only way I was going to get better and the only way I have ever heard of anyone getting better-good luck

This is a reply to # 2,241,643I still get checked by my doc maybe every two months and then get a vit c iv. I meet lots of wonderful people in the IV room with tough illnesses. ALS-Cancer-everyone has root canals. There is plenty of research showing that they are terrible.
I know one dentist who told me he removed about 1,000 root canals- all of them were infected. A festering infection for years three inches from your brain-doesn't make sense to me

Would you please post Who Where When you received your morg diagnosis from.
If memory serves from a post quite some time ago it was in Arizona, Colorado, somewhere in the SouthWest U.S.
Please include the name of the clinic/facility the caregiver who made your diagnosis was working from at the time of the diagnosis.
I could look through your old posts but it would be a service to all if you post again in this thread.
People should have that info, do a review search, and judge on merit(s).
You don't seem to have any microscopic evidence from your own efforts; from what I've gathered you were and have been reliant on someone else for the morg diagnosis.
We all need all the info we can get on this.
Information is critical, key.
I, for one, would like to review some of the background on your case and it may be good for others to do so as well.
This far along the time tunnel I may or may not arrive at a different conclusion from that arrived at the last time I looked at your case in further depth.
A good number of us are learning as we go, finding out more.
Another in-depth look at the caregiver, facility/clinic in relation to your morg diagnosis is warranted.

The people that specifically diagnosised me with Morgellons-Creektrail Medical in Colorado Springs. I did not do their treatment but they certainly seem nice.
Instead of an extensive review of my personal medical files wouldn't it just be easier to see a biological dentist and get checked? I have met plenty of them also. Like I have said many times- You need a pano xray-a cavitat and a EAV. Get a standard xray but they aren't very good a picking up infection. Root canal-just pull it. Do not see a conventional dentist-they never find infection without pain and probably place mecury andrtoot canals (do some research on your own)
Hey Morgellons may be causes by a 100 different things-nothing got better for me until I addressed my jaw-which took time and money and got me my life back. When I had morgellons I would have spent all of my money to cure it. I also had IBS-went from 210 down to 149 and weighed in today at 214! No drugs just dental work. I hear so many people with this and nobody looks or fixes the jaw they do everything else and nobody gets better.
I spoke to Dr. Amin on the phone-once-he also sees dental as the cause. I did not work with him his resume is better than mine in the medical field-although I had morgellons and do not now.
Good luck-go find a biological dentist-don't talk about morgellons just ask him/her to check for infections. Ask them how they check-pano-cavitat and EAV. if they got 2 out of three jump in and try. Ask them if they place mercury fillings or root canals-if they do move on.
Good luck-I would bet my 401k that 90%+ of the people with morgellons have dental issues.
The two best docs I know- Dr. Simon Yu in St. Louis and Dr. Tom Rau in Teufen, Switzerland. The both are medical doc I trust and always look at the jaw. Neither one ever used the word morgellons with me but both greatly improved my health. Im sure the world has other great docs-although I met many bad docs who looked everyplace but the jaw.
Jump in and find a biological dentist-FYI I am not a dentist- Dr. Cook in Wisconsin, Dr. Margolis in Mesa. Arizona, Dr. Rheme in St. Louis. Dr. Andys in Teufen. You can call The Huggins Group and ask for a referrel-Hal passed away maybe6 months ago-I met him-a true wealth of knowledge and a kind man.
I think that gives you enough to get started and moving-Hey morgellons is caused by something or somethings and is fixed by something or somethings. For my money it starts with dental-if you can fix it some other way-post it and let other people suffering regain their health.

And approximately when?
I'd like to check the web for anything the person/persons who did the diagnosis may have said in that general time frame, may have said since, about Morgellons.
These days I take things slower. I've revisited a few things recently that I looked at in times past.

No dr will say you have morgellons at the moment.
We need researchers to study this organism at the lab, figure out what it is and how it operates.
All we've gotten so far is bs delusional parasitosis nonsense.

If the disease was only 1 person they can say it is jaw but when a whole family is sick it is not jaw.
Did anybody see the abc documentary and the husband and wife were both sick they both didn't have jaw infections.

Also I don't remember prior to 15 years ago hearing about morgellons at all ever.
when fibres are looked at it comes back as unknown and that's all we get and agrobacterium on the fibres.then everybody goes back to sleep .
