Hello everyone! I'm battling candida for over 1 year now. I had 1 or 2 months of Antibiotics when I was a baby, almost never took probiotics (except some Yakult, rarely), and when I was 20 I got the first symptoms of candida. After 8 years, my body got very inflamed and my vision was blurred. And yes I got all of the other symptoms of candida as well, like brain fog, white tongue, etc. I also got some eye floaters. But my focus here is the mercury, and I need some orientation.
I had 6 Amalgam fillings, lots of tuna with bread, and took lots of shots through my life. With my terrible immune system, I probably failed to excrete the mercury. I live in Brazil, and it's a little difficult to test mercury here. I did a Infrared thermography (IRT) test, but the result is not ready yet. At the same clinic, I got a doctor that chelate mercury with oral DMSA and ALA.
So I think I have some luck after all!
My main question is: What should I do? Should I follow ONLY his instructions? What about the other supplements like chlorella, cilantro, MSM, garlic, etc, should I take them WHILE or AFTER taking DMSA? If he says to take both DMSA and ALA at the same time in the BEGINNING of the treatment, should I just do it, or should I take only DMSA for like 3 months and then take both DMSA and ALA?

I don't know if you are Florindo from propeciahelp but one guy there did a lot of chelation with dmsa and said he felt normal he just did 3 enemas with nystatin and garlic and said Depression gone, better sleep, morning wood, energy and no more brain fog. Another did the same thing he said now he have tons of energy, he smile, laugh got the same improvements and libido returned a little bit but he also took high dosage of diflucsn at the same time, he said first he got really tired and after that he felt the improvements and he is feeling like this drinking diet coke which I think may be not good to drini it. Is now a month feeling like this so maybe is not temporary.
Dvjorge can help you. He cured some guys with his protocol.

This is a reply to # 2,191,722You should remember that DMSA can lower neutrophils which help control candida. When did you have your Amalgams removed. You shouldn't use ALA in conjunction with DMSA straight away after mercury Amalgam removal. You should wait three months, then use ALA. It's extremly important because ALA will move mercury in the blood, straight into the brain. You should only use DMPS or DMSA for three months to help clear the blood stream of mercury, then after three months use ALA. I would avoid both MSM and Chlorella. You need to support your adrenals and thyroid as well. Garlic is a antifungal, but it also can help feed candida. It's highly sulphurus.Have you considered taking sodium butyrate for candida biofilms? when you attack your candida overgrowth. What's your supps whilst chelating?

Yes. I am dealing with candida as well at 6 months of chelation. Too nystatin and still candida.. the protocol above.. was that nystatin inside the enema?? But yes I have been feeling tired and started taking adrenal support and may try getting on armour for thyroid. It may help during detox and perhaps candida as well..- Re: Candida and mercury. May83

This is a reply to # 2,196,597Well mercury aggravates candida is what I have read and heard. Some people say they got rid of candida after they lowered mercury to a point. They go hand in hand. Apparently I am in the "dump" stage which is between 6 to 9 months of mercury chelation where the body burden is lowered and the body dumps more out of brain and deep tissues. It aggravates system and let me tell you I feel it. I am a little better by adding hcl and digestive enzymes with meals. I think it helps me get more nutrition and keeps me less tired. I also have more to do later with the ridding of lead.. :( keep at it! But make sure to support your detox organs.. kidney and liver support etc. I have thought about switching to zealites and maybe combo of cilantro and chlorella..
