Hi trimhy,
First, why are you doing enemas? Is it for candididasis? Your diet is most important in your treatment, after that exercise and clean living will go a long way towards health.
Often, when changing the contents of your diet, you will find yourself suffering from either constipation or diarrhea. It is at this point that you need to take action and not let either condition wreck your wellbeing. For constipation use a cleansing enema and for diarrhea use a saline solution enema.
You will need to cleanse your whole body, the stomach, the liver, the gallbladder, the pancreas, the spleen, the kidneys, the small and large intestines, etc. This cannot be done in a "few days". It will take time and perseverance to accomplish a good cleansing. Here is where enemas come into play.
