Hello, I'm new to this site and I've been suffering from my Body Odor since 12. I'm 19 now and my odor is getting worst. First I've only have armpit odor, I tried many deodorants and anti-perspirant but nothing works. My classmates keep telling me that I have what you call an 'onion' smell odor although I don't smell anything to me then I was shocked to hear that they also smell my foot odor. Years passed and I developed a bad breathe, and so called leaky gut syndrome. Whenever I would talk to my classmate, I would be surprise to smell a fart coming out from me but I didn't fart. And sometimes I also emit a foot odor plus a fecal odor. My classmates would complain that they are in dumpshit site and I was too embarrass so I would go to the bathroom and cry. My parents don't know about it but my relatives knew and they tease me terribly. I was having a bad life and willing to give up. Now I have to work because I'm a fresh graduate and my parents is expecting me to work. But how can with this condition. I needed money for treatment and we are not rich. I wanna know what kind of doctor should I go and what kind of treatment should I talk and what supplements to suppress or totally remove the odor. Please help, I'm about to give up on life because of this. I'm a girl that's why I'm so sad.

Don't give up. I am 42 yrs old and I still have these problems. My odor get stronger when I eat meat or fried foods so I try to steerclear

What are you eating for breakfast, lunch and your evening meal? I think cleansing and internal detoxification would be in order. You do should NOT give up or be really worried, I have seen many cases like yours improve significantly once the patient undertook cleansing. STOP eating meats for a few weeks, especially red meats, eat white meats, more vegetables and drink plenty of water. Try to avoid fried foods and especially processed foods, convenience foods, sweet foods, and any alcohol. What do you snack on?
I'd be interested to know of what your diet and lifestyle has been like the past several years.

This is a reply to # 2,061,926I completely agree with Eric's remarks. Cleaning up your diet is definitely in order. Do not eat anything processed. Cut out gluten and all dairy(no cheese, milk, or yogurt). Try fish, chicken, turkey, vegetables, fruits, brown rice, quinoa, millet, water (lots of water-3-4 quarts/day), a natural multivitamin, Celtic/Himalayan Sea Salt , etc. Internal cleansing should also be done as well. You can find multi-detoxification pathway supplements at your local supplement store such as GNC or The Vitamin Shoppe reasonably priced for around $50 or less. Once you have completed a thorough cleanse/detoxification you can start to replenish the healthy flora in your gut with probiotics.
You may eventually be able to add dairy back to your diet if you so choose. It is my opinion that dairy is unhealthy and for long term health should be eliminated. This is just my opinion.
Don't consider your ailment as a problem, but rather a Godsend that puts you on the path to better health. Many have experienced problems like yours and have persevered through them and are now better for it and you will too.Advertisement

hi i completely disagree with the previous posting. It is a fact that if you have tmau, and it sounds like you may have it you have to stop eating fish, eggs, red meats, brown rice, broccoli, cauliflower, beans, quinoa and many other foods high in choline. these foods are all high in choline which is a protein/vitamin that is unable to be broken down in the liver in order to be released normally ie in sweat, urine etc due to missing enzymes required to break down this element. There is a U.S. national website for TMAU as well as the MEBO website

You may very well be correct, however the fact is that we can not diagnose this person over the internet even if we were medical practitioners. My suggestions on specific dietary choices were premature and biased.
OP, consult with medical staff to determine your condition.
I do not think that until you consult with medical professionals that a diet in whole foods will be such a negative approach. Once you find out the cause of your problems you can then address it.

How long does it take for my body to adapt so I can eat icecream again haha. Yes, I'll try vegan food and no-no to dairy creams. But yogurt is an exception right? This is a reply to # 2,062,403I would not personally consume dairy. Others, I'm sure feel differently. My perspective is that there are a lot of unnecessary processes going on with cows/dairy prior to ever making it to the market, which affect us when we consume them. Secondly, milk is food for baby calves. Would you put breast milk in your cereal? If you did I think it would be more normal than putting cow breast milk into it. There have also been studies that directly link the proteins in milk to cancer. You can formulate an argument for either side, but I don't believe milk is the best option and there are certainly better options for obtaining probiotics. There are probiotic drinks that are not dairy based such as coconut kefir. Almond milk is an excellent replacement for milk IMO as well.

What is your diet?
Do u eat gluten free?
Do u eat yogurt, kefir and fermented foods?
These will help digestion.
Getting your D levels up with vitamin D3 and iodine supplementation as well for the candida overgrowth.
Sugar feeds diseases and fungus.
One of the easiest and cheaper things you can do is vegetable smoothies and small amounts of fruits, such as berries.

Hi,
Welcome to Curezone. Here are my thoughts.
It seems to me that Body Odor would be caused by wastes coming out of your body through the pores of your skin. So I think the problem is constipation / the body not eliminating properly.
Are you under a lot of stress? Getting enough sleep? Getting enough fresh air and sunshine? Stress will slow the digestion dramatically. Also, you will probably have to stay away from garlic and strong spices.
The best thing I've found diet-wise is fruit and fruit smoothies. Fruit will definitely clean you out. I'm not a believer in vegetables. If you have a blender such as Vita-Mix or even a mini-blender such as a Magic Bullet, you can toss in bananas, grapes, berries, or any fruit of your choice. Ideally, fruit is eaten alone, away from other foods. I don't add melons to my fruit smoothies, as I think melons are best eaten alone.
Fruit juice fasting can also do wonders for cleansing your body.
Another thing that's really helpful if you can afford it is herbs. One of my favorites is Barefoot Herbalist (MH) LBB (Lower Bowel Balance). There are also essential oils that will help digestion.
There is always more to learn and experiment with :)
