I thought I would share a PM I recieved. Actually, I'm doing so well today that it made me laugh. I was sitting down to look up a recipe for cook-out I'm having to celebrate my discovery. If I was suffering from one of my "delusional" days, it could have sent me into a crash mode. Yes, even a stranger's rudeness can hurt your feelings on a bad herx day. Thought I would share with you all. If you follow the post on this forum, regardless if you comment or not, you can probably figure out who it was from.........
I will comment in public, rather than in PM to you Annonomous. - If you haven't shown your true colors in your comments, your message to me makes it obvious.
Here's the message:
What an arrogant little prick you are, but you know that, don't you?
Just so you know, we're all pretty much convinced that you really do have delusional parasitosis, and most of us are sick as shit of your "know it all" attitude.

That is so funny you say that, I was going to add that comment when I posted it, but figured it was best to just let their message be 'nough said.
This person has ridiculed others before, and comes on this forum just to put people down, yet claims to know so much. It's too bad they weren't really here to help us figure things out, if they really do have the experience they claim.
Anyway, when I am myself, as I am today, my thoughts always seem to be more of a "give that person a break, you don't know what they have lived through". Sharing their message with all of you who are sick of me and my know it all attitude and delusions of parasites, is the least I can do for them.

I am just trying to help people, just as you are. We may have different experiences, but that doesn't negate either of them.
Again, I'm sorry if I made you feel bad. I've been going through a lot of upheaval in RL lately apart from my parasites, so maybe it was just an awful day.

This is very hard to go through, that's why I take so much offense at others who pop in to amuse themselves and put people on this forum down for trying to get better. I have said before that in a weird way, with all our differences, we all have a sort of bond.
I hope things get better for you, I understand as I have suffered many RL (real life?) losses during this myself.

This is a reply to # 1,937,345That's interesting. A couple of weeks or so ago I got a PM from an Anonymous saying he or she was glad I was sick and other nasty things. Made no sense. I assumed it was some overflow from some evolution fan who was unhappy with my creationism posts on Youtube. (Thoough I generally steer clear from Diety & the Bible - strawman logical fallacy - and try to be strictly data & logic based, YT evo fans almost always are personally insulting and frequently obscene & dats de sad troof.) But maybe it was not one of them. I told the PM poster he or she would be prayed for and sorry, I wasn't sick anymore. Not the preferred response I guess. Lol.Advertisement

This is a reply to # 1,937,560Might be the same person. It was an hour after I posted asking them, (without) naming them, not to reply to my post. I don't want to hear how silly we are.
I'm sure mine was the person who comes on very recently claiming to be so educated, poking fun at trying to have others look at pictures and help figure it out, and likes to diagnose it as delusional parasiteosis. It's just not what is needed here, and actually cruel when people are sick and scared.

This is a reply to # 1,937,564Instead of hiding the story, I think you should tell everyone just how horrible the offender was - tell exactly what they did to you.
By not telling, you are actually protecting the person.
I have a lot of experience with violators of personal rights and it is often that the victim shuts up and hides the truth.
Post the actual screen shot of the horrible person. This should not happen in a forum that people are tyring to get assistance from others.

When they were posting such things that were offending to another poster, I alerted bad message, which caused some kind of controversy with the moderator, Glaxony. She misunderstood and thought it was me saying the offending things. So after that, I just let it go.
It was one bad person among many empathetic and understanding people on the forum, so I just figured it would show for itself.
If you have been following the last page or so of posting, you can figure out who it was by their know it all attitude, ridiculing peoples pictures, and speaking of "delusional parasitosis". That is not condusive to healing and support.

And definitely report to the Webmaster if you are getting ominous messages in your private message box. It is hard enough to heal yourself without being informed that someone is hoping you will stay sick.

Now you and I both know there are crazies on both sides, and the creationists can be just as nasty as the evos.
I had someone on a forum tell me once that I had to be one or the other. I asked why and she said because if I didn't believe in creation, I didn't believe in Jesus and I was going to hell. I told her I didn't believe in hell, and she said something pretty horrible about f*ing heathens and fornicators and all sorts of stuff. In other words, if everyone was like me, mankind would be doomed.
So there are wingnuts on either side, my dear, as in any debate.

Or Jehova, or whatever. People always feel their God is the "right" God, and if you don't think their way, you are evil.
My sitter's daughter told my daughter one day that she wasn't going to Paradise because we weren't Jehova's witness; but this babysitter stole, lied, and did numerous "bad" things. My daughter cried for days. I had to finally tell her that it was fake..imho. Pissed me off.
I have wanted to make a bumper sticker for a long time that says:
MY GOD LOVES YOUR GOD.

According to the first law of logic we can know this about all religions, they either are all wrong, or only one is right. The first law of logic, presented by the pagan Aristotle, is that 2 contradictory statementse cannot both be true. An examination of world wide religions, even different denominations within different relitgions, shows that they believe contradictory things.
For ex. the Moselm religion says that "God"/Allah has no son & the Christian religion says that He does. And so it goes...
I personally do not think there is any "god" who loves other "gods." This can be seen in looking at all the wars based on religion. For ex. the Roman Catholic Church slaughtered tens of millions for doing such things as publishing Bibles (since their religioin actually conflicts with what is in there, hence the Protestant Reformation.)
We cannot rely on the ever changing and conflicting "wisdom" of human beings to determine what is true but logic, researching the data and history can teach us a lot.

This is a reply to # 1,938,540You misunderstood, of course, LL. I was only trying to express the feelings of frustration when people argue that they know best, either way. It was meant to be lighthearted and funny, but people always think they know all- hence the disclaimer in my post.
This is exactly what those religious wars were about, and my point that my god loves your god really is about tolerance. I disagree with you- if there was tolerance during those wars, THEY WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED, at least not in the guise of fighting for their faulty beliefs.
Not enough proof for me so far to believe in any god.
Plus, debating beliefs IS A HUGEVWASTE OF TIME AND PEACE TO YOU.
That was my point.

This is a reply to # 1,937,691I have debated over 200 evolutionists for about 3 years and, my dear, though it is true that some people who call themselves Christians also get nasty, even obscene (and if you think hypocrisy is for "Christians" only, no, you should really learn your logical fallacies and analyze how some big time evolutionist scientists are blatantly distorting and misrepresenting data for the naive public), it no way compares in intensity or grossness when one looks at what the evolutionists are saying. This doesn't make the evolutioniosts right or wrong. The data and logic determine that.
However, if one believes that one came from a dataless, evidenceless primal pond and likes to think that he or she is nothing more than an accidental great, great etc. grandkid of Lucy & Ida, then where is there any necessary incentive to believe that one should be civil or objective? Rhetorical Q. Someone who truly feels that he or she was created in the image of the Creator isn't as likely to stoop to verbally abusing others. I will say though that I agree with freedom of speech, as opposed to what you see in Communist & Moslem countries, the western world before the Protestant Reformation and places like North Korea, etc.
