Blog: Seunim...My Master Cleanse Journey & More
Greetings…
When I began the Master Cleanse, my original intention was to do 10 days, as it was the first fast I have ever done in my life. Day 10 will be tomorrow and at that time I will have to reconsider my original goal and if to push on for another five days. I suspect that will be the case but I don’t want to get ahead of myself. I feel at this point that I have accomplished many of the things I set out to do when I began this journey, but at the same time, I feel that there’s a little more road for me to travel before this particular journey ends.
That said, I am so happy to be alive today. I feel phenomenal. I did a SWF this morning and hopefully that will get some more loosened up sludge out of me. Yesterday morning I did the lax tea in the morning instead of the SWF and achieved great results. I had four bowel movements in the afternoon, all of which were the putrid diseased mucoid plaque and festering fecal matter inside of me. Sorry to be so graphic, but I have grown to despise this gunk and want it all out of me. Enough about that…for now anyway. I actually woke up this morning with a small blemish on my chin. I haven’t had one of those since my teen years. Yet another sign of the toxins being expelled out of my body. Other than that, not much else to report for today. I wish my fellow cleansers a super day.
Goals
Our desires act as fuel, propelling us toward new horizons. Without something to strive for, we stagnate and become stuck in ruts of our own making because we are unsure of what to do next. Goals are the dreams that we are willing to work for. When we set goals, we take responsibility for our lives and choose to wholeheartedly devote ourselves to our aspirations. Even if we only take the smallest steps toward achieving our ambitions, it is vital that we actively pursue our goals rather than just daydreaming about them. Having goals makes us feel good because it adds a sense of purpose and direction to our lives.
In creating goals, we create our future by outlining our destiny. When we choose our goals using our head and heart, we take the first step in manifesting what we want. We grant our own wishes every time we achieve another goal.
Peace and happiness

It is fabulous that you are doing so very well on your cleanse. You're sounding more like an veteran every day. I feel very lucky to be fasting at the same time and having the advantage of your wonderful perspective on life.
As far as you comments on goals, I couldn't agree more. Goals can be a great source of hope as well as inspiration.
Here's to us acheiving our hopes and desires!

Hi Peanut
Thanks for your kind words. I am feeling better each day, especially as I get more gunk out of me. I too am quite happy to be cleansing along side of you. This has been quite a journey so far and I am looking forward to continuing down a better path.
Peace and happiness

Thanks for responding to my question and providing a link to your blog...you're very inspiring! I'll be doing my 3rd liver flush this weekend and did a 7 day oxypowder regimen between flushes 1 and 2..so, I'm a newbie to all of this as well. I'm thinking of starting the master cleanse in two weeks as I have vacation time coming up...
I've decide to use apple cider vinegar this time..
Your entry on "People that Support Us" really got me to thinking. When I was a kid, living in a dysfunctional home, I KNEW that there were other ways of thinking and of living. Not because I had actually had any experience that that was true, I just knew it. That thinking sustained me. I granted myself the freedom to become who I am today. That thinking saved my sanity.
So I guess I've trained myself to find my support in an abstract sense. Finding Curezone has actually been the manifestation of an old dream. Knowing that there are like-minded people in this world is beautiful. Being able to actually communicate with them is even better.
Once again, thank you!

You are very welcome. I am just happy that from time to time I can reach out and help others. I am by no means an expert, but I am learning, as we all are.
Peace and happiness
