Oral hydrogen peroxide protocol:
Start with 1 drop of 35% peroxide in one cup (8oz) of water three times per day. The next day, increase to 2 drops three times per day. The next day, increase to 3 drops three times per day, and so on, up to 25 drops three times per day.
Always take on an EMPTY Stomach, a half an hour to an hour before a meal and at least 3 to 4 hours after a meal. If your stomach gets upset at any level, stay at that level, or go back one level. When hydrogen peroxide comes in contact with bacteria, fungus, or viruses it will liberate free oxygen. This may be happening in your stomach. If your stomach feels uneasy, it is only the hydrogen peroxide oxidizing the germs.
At the higher doses, the taste can be pretty bad. If you can't reach 25 drops per cup of water, just go as high as you can tolerate. When free of complaints, you may taper off the dose.
For MORE SERIOUS health problems stay at 25 drops, 3 times per day until the problem is taken care of. This may take from 1 - 6 months. DON'T GIVE UP!
Possible reactions to hydrogen peroxide: skin eruptions, nausea, headaches, dizziness, gas, unusual fatigue, diarrhea, cold or flu-like symptoms, rashes, hives, mucus, allergic reactions, joint pain, ear infection symptoms, or ANY other method that the body uses to emit toxins from the body (the toxins have been rooted out by the peroxide). It’s common to have irritation in areas where you’ve had prior symptoms or infections.
Above ALL, even if you must temporarily decrease the dosage, CONTINUE the program! DON'T GIVE UP! If you stop too soon, the germs may grow back and you may have a relapse! Always take three times per day until you are well. If you take the peroxide less frequently, you’ll be giving the germs time to grow back between treatments.
If you get a cleansing reaction, you may want to actually INCREASE the dosage to hasten the cleansing. A cleansing reaction is the effect on the body of bacteria or fungus dying off, or various poisons or toxins being released through the eliminative organs of the body, i.e. skin, lungs, kidneys, liver, and bowels. Do regular Liver Flushes
to keep the bile and toxins flowing through the liver. Activated charcoal or Bentonite
clay can help absorb the toxins in the intestines and can lessen the detox reactions. Hot baths or saunas are also very helpful.
It is beneficial to repopulate the intestines with beneficial bacteria after you’ve removed the bad ones. Take yogurt or a good probiotic supplement. However, the best thing is to make your own FRESH lacto-fermented foods such as kefir, sauerkraut, yogurt, etc.
