Many that have tested positive for Strongyloides report an increase in acid reflux, lung reflux, hours after taking Invermectin.

Flukes are easy to see in stool, along with Tapeworms, and seeds, after a dose of PinX. Have a macrozoom camera.

Ascaris or Ascarids can best be found after vomiting. I vomited for 3 weeks after my first doses of PinX. Only dose PinX every 3 weeks.

If you take papain powder 1 teaspoon in juice every night, and acid level goes down, Filaria people report this happens in 14 days. They also report relief with Dimmitrol and Piperazine Citrate, in a week.

If tape worm and Ascaris negative, Ascarid is negative as well.

4 days of IVM and no reactions means not a roundworm L1/L2 stage.

Papain not calming any L1 stage in GI means you do not have most roundworm species which reproduce in the GI.

This means you have ruled out most things, except flukes, which are treated by Praziquantel.

I used:
4X/D 25mg/kg/D
I use 20000 IU of Vitamin D3/D
4X/D Albendazole 200mg
And Natural calcium (cheese, yogurt, cream, milk, ice cream, cream cheese, Greek Yogurt)

I usually mix a heaping 1/2 teaspoon of Praziquantel powder in Greek yogurt 4 times per day. I weigh 113kgs. A 50 gram bottle was used in about a week.

I dosed 1, 2, 3 times per day for a week, then went to 5 times a day till stool turned black, die-off takes a week, I went to 4 doses after 3 or so weeks, after die-off, after 4 weeks I went down to 3 doses for 3 more weeks.

They never came back, I had a systemic (bad) infection.

The lower dose, and longer time has worked well for several folks, as long as you take Albendazole and Vitamin D3.
