How much Iodine are you using now and what do you eat ?
Also what supplements are you taking?
With that info I or other people here might be able to help you better.

Well, a week on iodoral is not enough to REALLY change anything. Sure you felt better initially as your body was finally getting some iodine.

As far as helping you get back to that state, start with the iodoral again! And...avoid gluten.

However, in order to really benefit from Iodine supplementation, you have to take it in large enough doses...

BTW, iodine supplementation is not a predictable journey. I don't know of a single person that has reported constant improvement with no detox symptoms...

get some SSKI and magnascent and selenomethionine and take enough per day to do you some good.

you need to avoid gluten a lot longer than that to get healed up.

digestive enzymes will help you, too.

you have a lot of damage to reverse.

Hi, I have been researching this, as i noticed when my tap water was cut off due to a flood, i could not shower for about a week. I had many changes occur in that week that were beneficial, including Arthritis pain disappearing, as well as cellulite and other things. I found in investigating that flouride in the water, as well as chlorine competes with Iodine receptor sites in the body creating an Iodine deficiency, and all the problems that go along with it. The 12.5 mg Iodoral initial improvements clearly indicates you need it. You will need to increase the dosage every 5 days until you are up to 50mg daily. Also add 600 mg Selenium. You will start experiencing much detox of halogens. Go to http://www.BreastCancerChoices.org

I have horrible constipation so was drinking magnesium citrate liquid to move the toxins out. Remember your heart is a muscle so heart palpitations (for a couple of days) means the bromine is getting detoxed out.
