hi i am 24, i pass stool about once a day. I have an allergy to wheat and wanted to try a colon cleanse. I have never done a colon cleanse before (i have done 5 liver cleanses in past year not realising you should do colon first) I just thought the liver cleanse would clear my colon as i have to take lots of epsom salts. Hi i will make this brief, i am a complete novice to urine therapy.
