The problem is that the drain cleaners go down into the ”P-Trap’ where it is supposed to desolve hair and cloggs.. but that is not where the problem is. If you look down into the drain (about 1 inch below the level of the tub, you will see a ’cross’ looking bottom of the bethtub drain... that is where the hair is.
