Tony’s correct. I’ll add a few things I’ve learned over the decades. 50 is quite typical for someone’s who’s very fit. The under exercised American has a heart rate on the average of 80 plus. So the more fit a person becomes, the lower their HR should become. 50 to 45 seems to be the lowest limit for most. Heart rates can tell you a few other things as well. I think you’ll have to agree that your readings and symptoms prove how useless THS tests are. The good news is you’re already using supps that will support iodine usage. I’m assuming you’re taking Vit C as well? From what you say I suggest you don’t even diet. Just don’t over eat. Thyroid problems may be encountered because of what they see as ”blocking” of iodine intake. Personally, I wouldn’t use DIM. I would also counter the ”blocking” effect by using Lugol’s 10 to 30 minutes before taking I3C. And perhaps taking Vit C 30 minutes after that. I don’t see this as a ”blocking” effect.
