My lungs were always my weakest organs. Now after taking Iodine und doing NB some stuff looses itself from my lungs. Everytime this happens I got a little later these typical bromide symptoms like dark thoughts, irritability, skin rahses etc. I wonder if my lungs are a storehouse of bromide. Thank you. This is really encouraging. I also experience nasty psoriasis while eleminating copper. Copper is a real burden for me. Long. I’m now 3 years into nutritional balancing, 2 years in mercury chelation, 1 year in lead chelation and 1 year and 3 month on iodine 100 mg/d. The improvement is now at nearly 100 %. Doctors always told me that I need to take cortisone and asthma inhalers for the rest of my life because of the severity of my asthma. Now I’m completly rid of it. If mercury is present rely not on iodine as a chelation treatment, because iodine isn’t a chelator. It will make you worse and this was the trap in the beginning which bond me to bed. For mercury I do cutler protocoll. For Lead one can use MSM and NAC and then try to catch the stirred up lead by dmsa and vitamin c. But do MSM and NAC only when you have at least 40-60 rounds of cutler chelation because it will stirr up extreme amounts of mercury leaving you in redistribution.   [End]

Yes I had great succes but remeber that iodine isn’t my only treatment. I do a mix of nutritional balancing, heavy metal chelation (especially mercury and lead, both are involved in asthma) and iodine. Thank you. I’m aware that vitamin d is a hormon like substance, but nevertheless as there are very much pro arguments for vitamin d there are at least the same amount of contra arguments. Be aware that vitamin d has some immunsuppressive effects and that is most often the reasen people feel better on vitamin d. Do u still have mercury amalgams and doing heavy metal chelation? If so, I wouldn’t recommend chelating with amalgams still in place and I would make sure my vitamin D levels were up to optimum (60-80 ng/mL) using the 25-hydroxy D test. No, don’t have any amalgams. As I said before mercury isn’t the problem due to 60 rounds of cutler protocoll, bromide is my main issue . I’m higly sceptical to take any vitamin d because of its immunsuppressive effect. When I first took iodine it was only 12,5 mg but the detox reaction was so heavy that I got serve depression, ataxia (walking like a drunken person), heavy anxiety and so on. Yes, I’m sure that I take 100 mg Iodine from lugols solution. I do Salt pushes and take extra vitamin c but this helps only for an hour, then my irritability and all is coming back. And I think it is really the bromide which is doing this. My pee is dark-green-yellow no matter how much water I drink. First I suspected some heavy metals stirred up by iodine but DMSA has no effect on my sympstoms. Perhaps Im so loaded with bromide because of atrovent usage in the past. I just being a little scared that I damage my thyroid with excess iodine.

I’m now on 100mg and the detox is really, really heavy. There is so much bromid being dumped that I get frightening emotional issues like depression, anxiety, psychotic behaviour. Hallo, I would like to know, if nobody here has doubts about developing Hashimoto. I did a research on this topic earlier, but I found very conflicting statements about this topic. For example @ http://iodine4health.com/disease/thyroidisease/autoimmune/autoimmune.htm Some authors claim that Iodine can develope Hashimoto but they are reasoning on epidemiological studies.
