It is nice to hear I am not alone, especially because doctors have been reluctant to help.

I do have days where I wake up and the anxiety and/or Depression just isn't there, I love those days!

I am doing everything I can diet, health and supplement wise, also been having acupuncture and counselling (my doctor said I 'just had anxiety').

I will post what comes up with my blood test and will make sure I get readings instead of just taking the doctors word of he says my readings are within range.

Doctors seem very reluctant to give bioidentical estrogen, but are dying to put me on a pill or anti-depressants!!??
