Beet juice powder is probably effective, but I doubt it's anywhere near as effective as fresh beet juice. I try to eat as fresh and raw as possible because I notice a huge difference. Making fresh beet juice is a bit messy, but did it ever get rid of garbage in my body. If you don't have a juicer yet, maybe try putting beets in a blender with a low setting to avoid oxidation, then use a strainer to weed out the pulp. I heard beet juice also aids in cleaning your liver as well. Be careful though, it's powerful. Don't slam it down. Maybe even mix it with some other fresh fruit juice to weaken the effect.
The greens I use are "NOW" certified organic spirulina 1TBSP and Source Naturals Yaeyama Chlorella 1Tsp. The chlorella is supposed to be grown in super clean japanese waters. I found them to be the cheapest on iherb.com. Anyway, I've tried many green drinks before and I notice the biggest difference with these two greens.
I'm still colon cleansing with using P&B. I'm going on my fourth week now. I don't want to over do it, but I'll do it for a while more.
