Above is the link to my first report regarding my friend who has had an enlarged heart for a couple of years with no improvement before iodine, just the opposite. It got worse.
He went for a check up last week after having started Iodine about 2 1/2 months ago on May 18.
He has been increasing Lugols to just three drops to prevent intense detox which might lead to problems considering that he needs to limit his fluid and salt intake.
But what happened is incredible! The docs cant understand what is going on because he got so much better!
His heart got SMALLER, his cholesterol went down, his blood pressure went down, he has lost thirty (30) pounds and steady losing, no more water retention (which landed him in the emergency before too often), he is still sleeping well, he is doing even better walking a distance without getting out of breath and the heat doesnt bother him more than a normal person this year!!
It looks he is on the way to recovery if things keep improving the way they have been. Hopefully he will be able to get off his meds eventually and slowly be able to handle more iodine.
He had asked the doctor if Iodine was ok to take in combination with his medications and they said it wouldnt be a problem but that it wont do anything. He says Iodine could in no way have made this happen...
BTW, he is also taking 400 mg magnesium, 1000 mg Vit C, tsp chlorella, 2g fish oil, 200 mg CoQ10 and a multi vitamin.

MoreThis is a reply to # 935,318as hot as he can tolerate(in gel caps) and as much as he can tolerate with each and every meal. if the stomach starts to burn, drink lots of water. the burn upon exit will subside over time and tolerence is built up. it will literally rebuild the heart and equalize BP. damage from heart attack can be stopped with cayenne. its a worthy study as lots can be done with it. it was dr christophers favorite herb.

This is a reply to # 935,329they are quite comparable, yes. it is easier to take fewer caps of hotter cayenne. i have seen 300K before. habenaero and scotch bonnet are even hotter. there is something about cayenne and taking the whole herb that has benefits as well. i am not well versed enough to tell you what those are. i just know it works. like cash, it works.

This is a reply to # 935,260This is amazing, truly inspiring! Your friend is to be commended for
not giving in to the docs. Another herb which really helps the heart
is hawthorne. Ziquin Educational Group sells a mineral product called
Fusion Formula which has hawthorne in it. The minerals are from a deep
sea source off the Great Barrier Reef, Australia. They collect the
minerals and put the liquid in a pond for a couple of years and the
liquid evaporates, leaving the mineral precipitate. It is a liquid
formula, very concentrated, you only need 1.5 tsp per day. I mix it
in ice tea as it is very...well...mineral-tasting (not pleasant).
But the tea covers up the taste just fine. There are several sources
which sell the minerals now, but as far as I know, only Ziquin has

This is a reply to # 935,638Just writing what i know about CoQ10.. articles are dutch but Q10 is well-known for its rejuvenating effect on heart-patients
Hey i think Iodine is great, apparently its doing wonderfull things, even if taking all by itself for people. But in this case i think its mostly due to the Q10, especially at those high levels.- Re: Testimonial: 2 1/2 month report ... monica999

This is a reply to # 935,649It is likely the combination of it all. He was able to sleep at night right from the very first drop of iodine. I mentioned that he had mayor insomnia before, sometimes going a couple days without any sleep. That alone is hugely important to improve any health issue since the body regenerates and repairs in its sleep. Statin drugs suppress the body's own CoQ10 production which also declines with age, so its definitely essential. He did not take the CoQ10 right from the start however and experienced much improvement with Iodine alone already.
I dont know about heart enlargement actually going down with just using CoQ10.

No more arrythmia
No more palpitations
Heartrate went from a too slow
59-62 BPM all the time
to
72(sitting)
to an immediate 75bpm (upon standing)
That was just now - to check it once again for this posting.
Iodine ALONE did this for me.

Before I mopped up inside me, my pulse was consistently 88-100 for decades. Today it's 64. I remember it dropping noticeably when I got the Amalgams out.
