I was encouraged to try it myself. I wasn't a novice w/ parasite cleanses, as I had twice followed Hulda Clark's protocol much earlier in the year. Still, HM's recipe intrigued me, so I waited out the 90 day interim... and here I am on Day 19 and currently cruising.

Within 24 hours of beginning Humaworm, I had what can only be described as akin to strep throat for 2 days. Just swallowing saliva was painful, let alone eating. I waivered in continuing the 30-day regimen after 2 days, but pushed through the pain, and by Day 4, my sore throat had subsided. Concurrent with the "strep throat" was an irregular mense (detoxing the uterus? also, a year earlier an ultrasound revealed an ovarian cyst). A week into the cleanse, I also developed laryngitis followed by a husky voice for several days. Certainly here were completely different symptoms from MBM.

As far as toilet flashlighting ventures go, I early on spied what can only be described as several tangled angel-hair-like spaghetti strings (roundworm?). Also some "cotton balls" floating. Possibly a liver fluke or two and what looked like tiny threads. I have worked in an environment where I was at risk of zoonotic diseases, btw.

This may sound weird, but if one has any heuristic tendencies at all, it's rather fun, in a bizarre way, to detachedly experiment upon oneself (always, of course, with the goal of improved health). :)
