At first you will probably experience good cravings for good things. Later on, if you are exposed to a lot of bad foods the old temptations might return. When I was doing
The Master Cleanse regularly I was able to give up two of my weaknesses for months, soft drinks and bread. I tried the Coke flush for liver flushing, and as nasty as that flush is, I began craving Coke. I ate some bread at a Thanksgiving dinner and I was hooked again.
Listen to your body and feed it the things it needs. Try and continue the good habits and discipline you gained while fasting and those old cravings for things that are not good for your body will go away.
Now I would rather have fruit juice are pure water than a Coke. I still crave bread, but do not eat it every day. Its a treat, not a necessity.
