Hello all!
i am a 33 yr old toxic cow who has decided to give myself the chance at self repair and cleanse my system of all the poisons i have ingested over the years.
I was wondering if having back pain and a feeling of having to go to the bathroom although i have used the salt flush everyday, is normal? I tried to go but nothing came out, its like a feeling that its there but i think it would have come out with the flush this morning, i also feel like my brain is buzzing,,,,somewhat disoriented and mega bitchy...is this normal? and when will my hunger go away? tyhanks all!

You are a beautiful person for wanting to better yourself! Back aches and bitchiness is a few of the fabulous ooohcies, oowwwwies, and utt ohhhss that you may face while on the cleanse. Backaches is a sign you are detoxing from your kidneys and liver. It was one of my favorite ooowwies while on the cleanse. I just think you are going though a major detox. Your disorientation probably means your mojo needs a good rest. Embrace it all and it will pass. If you are experiencing back pains in the kidney area and feelings of disorientation, it is quite likely you are not taking in enough water. Make sure to drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water every day. I actually drink more than that. During the cleanse it is very important to stay hydrated. Also be sure that you are drinking at least six lemonades a day as well.
