it ends when you feel better

ive completed about 20 flushes. only the first few seem to have helped. the rest left me feeling worse. im taking a long break from flushing to give my body a rest. its been a little more than a month since my last flush.

i just started to take the tincutres from sensiblehealth.com and have found that they have helped where the flushes have not.

My diet has been excellent for the last 3 to 4 years, according to most health experts, and my health is excellent as well. I like juice fasting at least 2 times a year, for 'housecleaning' and I do about 4 Liver Flushes a year for maintaince. I also do 2 parasite cleanses spring and fall with many healthy things in between.

I have done 12 Liver Flushes in the last 3 1/2 years and get stones every time. I think it is just what our body does. I believe cleanses and maintaince is a life style of good living rather than something we do, get well and go back to our old ways.

I'll never go back to the 'normal' way of eating and living. I love how I feel and I haven't been sick since I changed.

3 dozen+ flushes, in 2 1/2+ years

I had a stretch of 4 flushes with zero results. Not a flake. Not a speck.

The key is to kill the parasites in the liver holding the stones in the liver.
My 1st flush, I got over 200 stones but I used 3/4 cup olive oil.
My 2nd flush, I only got a handful of small green stones.

I did the parasite cleanse the same day as my 3rd and 4th Liver Flushes and passed hundreds of stones and liver flukes (the red curled tomato looking things). I am doing flushes every 2 weeks til I reach 15 flushes.
Also, passed some large hard hollow stones which looked like they once had the biliverden(green gel) in them but dried out.

I'm on my 5th Liver Flush today. I mixed 2tsp of Black-Walnut hull tincture in the oil and have passed more red liver flukes and many very small green stones.
I don't have any diseases but was sick for over 5 years due to gallstones.

Dr Clark says that it is important to kill the parasites in order to get more stones.
I just made a zapper and will start zapping on the day of my flushes.

THIS WEEK I HAVE HAD MY 3RD STONEFREE FLUSH ... yayaya *happy dance*

I will be continuing to do the Hot Lemonade flush every 2-3rd week until my liver issues are CURED. It is a very gentle flush and helps things keep moving.

MH should have my milk thistle tincture in progress now that his leg is better and will send it with an oder soon, and I'll be moving on to detoxing the liver cells.
