"These are pictures you will never see on American television because the Israelis own American television."

It isn't a Zionist media conspiracy, it is the military powers and all the politicians who don't want you to see the horrors of war in any form.  It is Bush, complaining about the "negative" aspects of war -even though he alone has killed more than 100,000 Iraqis, including women and children and many of them brutally massacured by the hundreds, just because the U. S. Military was trying to eliminate one person.  The U. S. doesn't count the death of Iraqis, because the religious right (the Bush administration) believes that they are subhuman.  It is the "military industrial complex" (which general Eisenhower told us to watch out for) that doesn't want you to see the death and destruction of war.  If you did, you wouldn't want any more of it and they would no longer be able to control you and reap huge profits at the same time.

I remember watching a U. S. general being interviewed at the end of the Gulf War who said that the Army had many hours of video of their killings and destruction on tape.  The interviewer asked if he (his network) could have them and the general replied: "No.  The images are so horrible that if we gave them to you, people would never want war again."  That's exactly what I want to see on television.  I want to see people die from the weapons that we are annihilating them with.  I want to see women and children blow to pieces as we attack them with mortars.  I want to see them wriggle and squirm as they die from gunshot wounds.  I want to see all the horrors of war as it actually happens (which I have seen in person), not because I like the images, but because I want people everywhere - especially in our cushy United States where we are light years away from reality - to see what happens when we have a mad man for president!
