This group of people, with Ms. Rhonda Byrne in the lead, as if she were some true, leader of sorts, all got together, and put together a huge "money making, intense marketing scheme" to make themselves a zillion dollars.
Hate to let you all know, but there is NO SECRET. What they are marketing is knowledge and BELIEFS which NEW AGE people have known and practiced for decades.
She wanted to share with the world - who is she kidding - she came up with a marketing scheme to beat all -
All this info IS NOT A SECRET - HAS NOT BEEN A SECRET, AT LEAST TO NEW AGE PEOPLE, while the rest of society laughed and mocked our beliefs............ I remember about 20-25 years ago when I was introduced to NEW AGE beliefs and practices, which is what this is, how society at large looked down on all of this and now, these "motivational speakers"have come together for the phoniest money making schemes ever.
And, then, with MS. OPRAH, the voice of HEAVEN - it is automatically legitimized. Who the hell is OPRAH - I swear, what a mindless, naive society this is!!!!!
The Secret, MY A....!!!!!!!!!!! I wish someone could just put these people in their place and expose them for what they are.......

This is a reply to # 833,754I agree that it is not "NEW", nor is it "A SECRET" IDEA....but for most of the world that have never heard of it, or atleast never practiced it in any way---then it is "NEW" to THEM.
What's the big deal anyway(except if you feel that oprah or the secret is taking all the credit?)

Take a look at most forums here---they are not NEW--heck most things were designed by nature--NOT US!
i.e..Oil Pulling, PH, liver flush, energy healing, etc...
If you people have practiced it for years then why would you allow yourseves to get so angry about it, thus causing your body to be acidic--geesh.
ANYWAY---hopefully those that don't already feel that they know all the answers in the world got something from wathching the secret, what the bleep, reading the likes of esther hicks, etcc...
And for those that already know all--CONGRATULATIONS!....LOL

For me, good information repeated a million times is still good information. Good does not have to be new ... and even if people know about the law of attraction, applying it is another issue.
Seriously, if I was applying it 100%, I would have no need for internet access .. I would be on top of a mountain, on some beautiful secluded island .... :-)
Again, deep gratitude for sharing the files on Utube. I would have never got to watch the program otherwise, and I really enjoyed it.

This is a reply to # 833,636I would say, if you know this belief and practice, then it would be easy not to become angry. Your choice is to be angry or not. You apparently have chosen the anger. Amongst other things, it sounds like bitterness, also.
Might it be that you are bitter that you did not think to 'cash in' on this "Secret"? Or where is the cause of your anger and bitterness?
At any rate, back in the day that this was NEW AGE, people were not ready. If they were, it would have been there for them. Consequently, it was not and people are 'waking up' and are becoming aware that they can do this.
OH and as for Oprah, she did not do anything but bring this to her show. So, why such condemnation for her? It has been out there, in the movie form, and available BEFORE OPRAH brought it to the network!
