In fact you are very grounded and very in the body this is how healing take place not by escaping the body- no healing in escape

we are simply aware and inclusive of Everything that comes into our perception..... equally without reaction, without getting stuck on anything in particular.
We are aware of our bodies and any a changes that may be in relation to our patient..

In perceiving and allowing whatever comes into our perception from that relationhip, we may help energy blocks shift in the patient.

We can take a photo of our pinky that shows the electro magnetic field around it.
then we can contemplate our pinky
then take another photo
We will see our awarenss of our pinky has changed the image of the electromagnetic field around it.

So our Awareness is the key to the process... we must be totally present to do all this..
