Yes Sucanat (Sugar Cane Natural) is the product I use. I have found you can buy evaporated cane juice too that is quite good and less expensive than Sucanat. At Walmart I can get Florida Crystals brand Demerara Cane Sugar. Here are some stats from the container:

it does contain the minerals found in Sugar cane juice, but is not as rich in minerals as the more concentrated (and processed) syrups and molasses.
